I’m interested in Embassy Knowledge Park, a township development that offers integrated living, green spaces, and commercial facilities. The Project – The Grand, an upcoming residential address on 200 acres at Tharahunise in Yelahanka, North Bangalore, comprised of apartments, G+2 villas, lifestyle activities and its own IT tech park. In the first phase, 855 apartments are being offered across four high-rise towers, and 217 villas are planned in a 50-acre enclave. 5 and 5 BHK configurations.

I’m generally interested in following township projects that provide unique models of living in North Bangalore.

The Embassy Knowledge Park Master Plan comprises of also expansive landscaped green spaces with a planned green programme which will include approximately 4,000 trees. What I find unique is the split between the cluster of high rise apartments and the villas with low density, creating two unique living environments. The siting away from NH-44 gives the project a strategic positioning in an important growth corridor with access towards Yelahanka, the airport and other sectors of North Bangalore.
